We offer multiple secure payment options, including online credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB), Apple Pay, and bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, please complete the payment within 48 hours and provide the last five digits of your account number for verification.

All orders will be shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays). We currently ship to both mainland Taiwan and offshore islands. Enjoy free shipping on single orders over NT$1,200. For orders below that amount, a shipping fee of NT$200 will be charged; offshore islands will be charged NT$300. Delivery is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or unforeseen events such as natural disasters, shipping may be delayed. Actual delivery times are subject to the route arrangements of the courier service.
