Be especially cautious of incoming calls that begin with “+”, “+2”, or “+886”, as scammers may spoof phone numbers to impersonate legitimate companies, banks, or legal institutions. Do not click on suspicious links, accept unknown LINE friend requests, or open messages from unfamiliar sources.
Common fraud tactics include claiming duplicate orders or incorrect installment setups to trick customers into using online banking or ATMs. If you have questions regarding your bank account, please contact your bank directly. If anyone asks you to operate your bank account or provide sensitive information, please refuse immediately to reduce the risk of fraud.
For your safety, we also recommend regularly updating your passwords, using strong passwords (with a mix of uppercase, lowercase letters, and numbers), and never entering login credentials on public computers.
